You beat me to it! You nailed the good points about this watch. I also like the fact that because the dial sits a little closer to the crystal it actually appears to be a larger watch than the SKX models, and that the elegant curve to the case and applied metal-bordered indices makes it more 6105-like to my eyes than the SKXs. And the black English / Japanese day / date is a nice touch since we all know how hard it is to find these on Seiko divers these days. Thanks for the great pictures, too!
